At iLOVEthisGAME, we ship with purpose, because we know every second without your gear is a second off the pitch. ⚽️

📍 Where We Ship

With Playermaker, we proudly ship anywhere in Canada. No matter where you are training in Toronto or repping your squad in Vancouver, we’ll get your gear to you. 

🚚 Processing & Fulfillment Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Once processed, your gear is on its way with trackable shipping. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days once it has been shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Orders that are located with 50 KM of our North Vancouver warehouse, are shipped for FREE.

💡 We offer flat-rate shipping on our hoodies and cleats at a cost of $10 within North America and $15 internationally. Playermaker shipping will be calculated upon checkout if you are outside of the FREE SHIPPING Zone.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

We hustle to get your order out fast, but sometimes shipping carriers may face delays due to weather, high volume, or border processing. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

🛑 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

💥 Damaged or Lost Items

If your gear arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement if needed.
