How is Playermaker Different From GPS Vest Trackers?
Playermaker tracks everything a GPS vest does, distance, speed, sprint count, and more , but adds what GPS can’t: true football technique analysis.
Mounted on your boots, Playermaker measures movement from its real source — your feet. This allows it to capture every touch, pass, turn, and kick with millisecond precision.
By combining physical data (distance, speed, intensity) with technical insight (technique quality, foot usage, ball control), Playermaker reveals how you perform, not just how much you move.
Its advanced algorithms deliver personalized feedback on your speed mechanics, change of direction, first touch, and overall technique, helping you train smarter and improve faster.
And because it’s powered by motion sensors (not GPS satellites), Playermaker works seamlessly indoors and outdoors, on any surface, anytime.
How accurate is Playermaker?
Playermaker’s 6-axis smart sensors sample 1,000 times per second, tracking impact, ball contact, and foot rotation with exceptional precision.
Independent scientific research from leading universities and sports performance labs has validated Playermaker’s data, showing up to 98% accuracy — often outperforming traditional GPS vest systems.
The system is FIFA Quality certified and trusted by some of the world’s top clubs, academies, and sports organizations, following rigorous testing and validation by elite sports scientists.
It even includes built-in self-checks to ensure data integrity — detecting incorrect mounting or sensor placement and automatically excluding inaccurate sessions.
How long does the battery last?
Playermaker has a 6-hour session limit. This is the maximum recording capacity for all recording modes. Battery shows charge percentage in the app. Charge fully before each session for best results.
What metrics does Playermaker track?
Technical Metrics

- Ball touches (total, by foot, by type)
- Time on the ball and release time
- Foot zones used for release
- Dribbling frequency and turns with the ball
- Kicking power and shooting speed
- First touch quality and two-footed balance
Playermaker also measures the full Physical Picture, just like a GPS vest - and more:
- Total distance covered (on and off the ball)
- Sprint distance and top speed

- Work rate (distance per minute)
- Changes in direction (volume and intensity)

No, you don’t need your phone to start or end a session.
Playermaker sensors start recording automatically when you take them out of the charging case and stop when you put them back in.

Advanced AI algorithms automatically filter out any irrelevant or idle time, so only your real activity is analysed.
Just charge, wear, play, Playermaker does the rest.

Can multiple family members share one Playermaker?
Yes, but with conditions to keep everyone’s data clean and accurate. Multiple players can use the same device as long as:
- Each player has their own valid membership and app profile.
- The device is only used by one player at a time.
- When switching players, the previous user must ensure their data is fully synced and then unpair the sensors from their account.
- The next player then pairs the sensors with their own profile before using them.
This process preserves each player’s individual performance history and prevents data mixing between users.

how do i charge my sensors?
1. Place both sensors inside the Playermaker 2.0 case.

3.2 A blinking color or no color (light) indicates that your sensors are not charging successfully.
Important Tips:
1. Charge your sensors after each performed activity.
2. It takes approximately 3-4 hours to fully charge your sensors from zero battery.
3. The minimum battery life required to start and record a session is ≥ 20%.
4. When your case is not plugged into the charger, then your sensors will go into rest mode and not flash any light (to preserve battery life).
